So I have been having a few issues with my fermentation to date. I have read a lot of articles, been provided with a lot of advice, and have finally decided to do something about it.In this video I decide to brew an experimental pale ale with some leftover ingredients and some Ella and Enigma hops.
While Brewie is looking after the mashing and sparging, I pull together a temp controlled fermenter, using my wife's old wine fridge!
