So I get a phone call two minutes before show time, it’s Nick from Local Brewing Co. He says he can’t make our chat and he is sending in the substitute, Hugo.

All of a sudden, my weeks of research about Nick were thrown out the window, not a great start, I needed to wing it a bit. Next, we start the interview and Hugo calls me Beer Head…f’n hell, this is not going well.

Then, we clicked, and I am not sure that I have laughed as much on a podcast in a while…this got loose!

This is a complex story of craft beer, creating change, giving back, gypsy brewing and unique ideas. But, it’s also a lot of fun, and Hugo was a great guest!
