Behind The Mic

Chris Lukianeko

The Beer Healer

I worked in the beer industry for 6 or so years, discovering what it meant to out a little more time and care into designing a beer that was more than just yellow fizz. I had a craft beer epiphany while working with great brands like James Squire and Little Creatures. But, as they say, all good things must come to an end, and I sadly left the beer industry.

Before I left, I was able to secure a couple of old beer kegs, and after watching a few episodes of Brew Dogs, I decided I could get over my loss by brewing my own beer…and with that, I was dragged further into the world of craft beer.

As you will see on the older pages in this site, I have written articles, made videos, reviewed beer and sung songs…all for the love of beer. I don’t take myself too seriously, and I hope that you find some enjoyment in my antics.

I still miss going to work and being immersed in the beer world, but I feel like I am in a pretty good place these days. I dedicate a lot of my time now to help the industry that I love so much grow and prosper. Through the Beer Healer Interviews, I am able to tell the stories of all the great people that make up the industry, and I love it!

If you have a story to tell, shoot me a message via my Facebook page.

Cheers to Great Beers!
